| Item/s begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Delivery time averages 3-5 business days once your item/s leaves our facility. After you’ve entered a valid e-mail address, we will send you an e-mail notification when the shipment occurs. |
| To offer you the best service and the lowest prices, different shipping methods will be utilized for your order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout. All items will be securely packaged to help prevent damage during transit. |
| On some items we will note the option to upgrade your shipping method during checkout (such as third day, or overnight service). Please note, all items are shipped on business days M-F. You will be provided with the total shipping cost during checkout. |
| We do accept a gift return for exchange (less shipping & handling) within thirty days from the date of shipment. The value of the replacement item (plus shipping & Handling) may not exceed the value of the returned item. See our terms and conditions for full details. |
| If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from ArtCaster.com, you may return the item (in good condition) within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. Please note our standard return policies do not apply to sale or outlet items. |
