Framing Help
1. Do you offer help when choosing a frame for my art selection?
For your convenience, ArtCaster provides 3 common choices for each selected piece. For additional help, please contact our customer support center @ 1-800-388-5603 and we’ll be happy to assist you.
2. Do you offer different kinds of mats?
Artcaster sells many different kinds of high quality mats when purchasing your art. We offer paper, textured, fabric and suede for your selection.
3. Do you offer double or triple mat options?
After you choose your art selection, click on framing and you will be given
multiple mat options.
4. Do you offer different glass options for my ArtCaster frame?
Artcaster provides many glass options that range in quality. We offer standard glass, no glare glass, standard acrylic and no glare UV acrylic to name a few. You will be given all the choices of glass when you click on the framing option.
5. What if I want to purchase a mat, mold or frame without purchasing a print from ArtCaster?

At this time, ArtCaster does not offer this service.
